Note: Custom Saddle order times may vary depending on our workload and detail of build / customization. Covid for instance took us out to 2x our normal waits that were 3-6 months “not guaranteed”. Saddles are 100% handmade and with the finest materials available. We cannot guarantee delivery times for birthdays, Christmas, and other holidays due to workload, material availability etc. All custom saddle sales are final. Refunds on customs are not available. We warrant our saddles and trees to be free damages and defects. We will always work with clients to adjust to their needs.

RETURN POLICY:
STOCK SADDLES HAVE A 30 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR DEFECTS. EACH SADDLE CONTAINS EITHER A 5, 10 OR LIFETIME WARRANTY DEPENDING ON LINE.
CUSTOM SADDLES - EACH LINE CARRIES ITS OWN WARRANTY ON TREES FOR BREAKAGE. ANY WORKMANSHIP DEFECTS ARE COVERED FOR 1 FULL YEAR. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON CUSTOM DESIGNS OR CUSTOM FITS. WE CAN ADJUST FITS AS NEEDED.
